This Is His Story

Rupen didn't stumble into coaching

Fitness, for Rupen, was never just a phase to grow out of — it became a discipline, then a profession, then a gym of his own. He built his coaching on a simple idea: a program is only as good as how well it actually fits the person following it.

That belief pushed him toward proper certification rather than shortcuts. He holds an EREPS Level-4 qualification — the European Register of Exercise Professionals' recognised standard for personal trainers, honoured in more than fifty countries — and trained through NFNA, the National Fitness & Nutrition Academy, to ground his coaching in real exercise science rather than trends.

Eventually, that standard needed a home of its own. Rupen founded The Vikings Fitness to build a gym floor that runs on the exact same principles he coaches by: no guesswork, no cookie-cutter plans, just structured training that respects where each person is actually starting from.

Started Training

Years on the gym floor as a lifter first — learning what actually works through his own training before ever coaching anyone else.
